"차 3대를 보험을 들고 몇계월후 한대의 자동차와 한 운전자를 보험에서 빼달라고 요청을 했으나 팔고 없는 차는 나두고 타고다는 차를빼버리는바람에 결과적으로 한달넘게 무보험으로 운전을하게되어 dmv로부터 노티스를받았는데 그때까지도 정정이 않되어있었습니다. 몇번을 통화시도했지만 전화를 받지않아 와이프 전화로하니 통화가됐고 그때도 본인이 아니라 다른사람이라고 하더라고요. 그여자분 말이 고쳐지는데 한달 걸린다고 기다리라는 말만하더군요. 그러나 한달이 지나도 고쳐지지않았습니다. 결국 딴 보험사로 옮기고 해결이 됬습니다. 손님에 차후 서비스는 엉망입니다 별표 하나도 저 개인적으로 아깝습니다"
